Interview
Phone interview followed by in person interview at Mclaren technology centre. Plenty of technical questions in both interviews, the in-person interview was 3 hours long, with a 1 hour report to develop followed by a tour (with questions), and more personal interviews with three different members of staff.

Engineering report on a sheared off nut from a car, concluding whether or not the nut should have a greater or lesser pre-tensioning.
