The process took 1 day. I interviewed at McMaster-Carr (Santa Fe Springs, Los Angeles, CA) in Mar 2012
Interview
First round interview was very straightforward. Basic questions about my background, reasons for choosing my school, etc. I was contacted the next day for an onsite interview at the Santa Fe Springs location. It was a pretty long interview, starting with an hour and a half long tour and three 1 on 1 interviews with different levels of management. Questions about the company are highly encouraged. Very easy-going, nice, and accomplished people. Everyone at this company seems to have incredible academic and professional backgrounds.

Interview
The interview process was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. I really appreciated that the discussions were fully behavioral, allowing me to naturally draw on my past experiences. Furthermore, the company truly goes out of its way to treat you like a VIP throughout the entire visit, covering a remarkably nice hotel stay and providing a generous stipend to ensure you are completely comfortable.

One behavioral interview with a recruiter and then a day-long onsite interview at the Elmhurst IL location. Superday has two behavioral interviews, walkarounds and more but feels like you're being observed everyday.
