I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at McMaster-Carr
Interview
Applied through school, got a first-round over the phone. Was basically asked about times where I was told to sell something, and a lot of behavioral regarding my resume. The reviewer seemed really tough about analyzing every part of the resume, especially since they were interested in creating leaders for the organization. They had a variety of positions open and it seems it's a long-term kind of job, though they do train you in all aspects of the company (marketing, finance, etc).

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at McMaster-Carr (Elmhurst, IL) in Dec 2024
Interview
1) 30-minute phone call with recruiter, they review your resume and confirm your location preferences.
2) Super Day, you get flown into the warehouse, get a tour of the facility, go throw a project share, and have 2-3 behavioral interviews. They ask for detail about experiences covered in your resume. They give about $600 stipend for traveling to/from the airport, eating, etc. They also book your travel for you.
