I was reached out to by a recruiter on LinkedIn. About a week later, I had a phone interview, where they explained what the company was, what the role was, and encouraged any questions. They then asked me a number of fit questions: why did you choose your university, why did you choose your major, what is your proudest accomplishment at your current job, how are your performance reviews, etc. I found out pretty soon after the interview I'd made it to the final round.
The final round was four virtual interviews; the first interview was more of a tour of the company and different departments, with my own questions peppered in. Definitely fill the time with questions and really ask good ones about the company, the person's experience, etc. The next interviews were mostly behavioral, with a mini case-like question included as well. A lot of "tell me about a time when you" encountered a challenge, had to deal with a teammate conflict, etc.
I found out a little over a week later that I received an offer.
Overall, it was a very smooth interview process, and the recruiters are great at getting back to you and scheduling everything.
