I was contacted by a recruiter who had found my resume online. I had a phone interview with her and then scheduled to do an in-person interview that day. I had two in-person interviews and the set up was pretty simple. They asked basic questions about my past experience, how I face challenges and other stuff like that. They seemed to like me and said they would get back to me within two weeks. I called two weeks later and they said they'll have an answer that upcoming Friday or Monday. So I called back Monday and the same situation happened FOUR times. On the FIFTH time the HR rep said they had a lot of people going on vacation so it was difficult to get a final decision but they were still very interested in me and she was committed to getting back to me. It is now August and I still haven't heard back from them. Terrible experience with their HR. If they can't keep a commitment to call someone back, then it questions their integrity in other aspects of their business.
