Interview
First interview was a Skype conversation about basic background and why I was interested in the job. A few days later was contacted to come in for a formal interview and was interviewed by two people. Most questions were based off of resume items for further explanation and how it could relate to the job.

Called me in for an interview. Three people interviewed me at once but I don't think that was the normal. Usually it's just one person. We just talked through my resume and they asked some questions. Pretty standard format.

Interview
The office was nice and the interview seemed fairly formal. Two managers asked a bunch of the normal questions (strengths and weaknesses, why you want to work here, etc.) and then brought a senior RA in to ask and answer some questions. They also had my resume in front of them, but make sure to bring extras for anyone else that may come in to the interview.
