First step was a phone interview - right at the end of the call, the person I was speaking with confirmed that I would get an in-person interview. That involved four 30-minute interviews with people of all job titles (planner, assistant, supervisor, AMD) - mostly asking questions about my work ethic to see how well I would work with everyone/their potential teams. I heard back from them within the same week with a job offer.
Very streamlined and straightforward! Everyone I spoke with was very accommodating and painted a very good picture of not only the work that would be required but also the company culture.
