I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Medical Research Network in Mar 2025
Interview
I had a screening call with the Talent Acquisition Lead and was informed that a) sales experience wasn't necessary - if someone has worked in the research landscape that would be great (the job advert also stated this) b) I would move to the next round, which would be a fairly informal interview with one other person lasting approx 30 mins.
However, when I received the email (interview invite) it was a 1 hour interview with 3 people on the panel. The email stated that the interview would look at communication, problem-solving, etc. However, the actual interview was very formal and focused on sales experience, sales techniques used, etc. Following the interview I was informed I would hear back 'early' the following week. I never heard back. The whole experience has been unpleasant and unprofessional.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Medical Research Network
Interview
Was really smooth and well organised. I was kept informed during the process and the hiring manager also gave me a good understanding of the role prior to the interview
