Medical Research Network Project Support Associate interview questions

Applied online and a person from the company emailed me for a time and date to do a phone screen with a hiring manager. The date of the phone screen the hiring manager wasn’t available, but an executive or CEO was doing the interview. He was a friendly person and offered a lot of good insight. Told me about health insurance and the company. But I asked for $48k in salary and was told that was the high end of what they could offer me. I even stated I would take lower for the position. But I wasn’t selected to come in for a face to face.
