in the begining the process started with an HR call for screening then a personal interview with the direct manager followed by a case study which was somehow easy for such a role, after that, the uncertanity and lack of professionalism started with more than 5 different interviews mainly repeating the same rhetorical questions over and over without forgetting to mention assigning two different physical interviews while the interviewer forgets to attend without notice, yes you go then get informed that it will be postponed overall the people are nice but the process is hectic and completely unorganized.to sum up my experience i was interviewed by the following: 1 Manager 1 C.E.O 1 H.R Personal 2 Different Directors Chairman over 65 days period just to decide that I am accepted without discussing the package which was refused after receiving the job offer. highly advised to ask about the salary matrix before wasting your time and energy.
