Question 1
La primero era hablar un poco de mi, de mi trayectoria y mis cualidades
6 stages: CV, 1st contact online, in person interview, local HR approval, head HR approval, CEO approval. First 3 stages take a month, then 1-2 weeks for the rest.
Some employees complain about the behaviour of the head of the department.
You interview with Hr for 30 minutes first then if moved forward you’d interview with two hiring managers for 30 minutes both conducted over the phone. Your normal typical interview
