I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Medpace (Cincinnati, OH) in Jan 2015
Interview
Applied for the position during the Christmas holiday & received an email right after the New year for a phone interview. Phone interview scheduled a week later with HR rep. The phone interview lasted about 20 mins and we discussed the position & my resume. She then said that I would be contacted within a week if I was chosen for in person interview. Received email to days later for in person interview that took place a week later. There I met two Data managers & one HR rep (30 mins each). The managers talked extensively about the specifics of the position and department. The HR rep answered ant last minute questions & talked about company benefits. Received email two weeks later (as told) that I had not been selected for the position.
.
Started with a 30 minute video call. Followed with a 1.5 hour in person interview. The communication was clear and direct. Easy to schedule and follow directions. The people knew what they were doing, making it feel very official yet friendly.

Question 1
We went through my resume and talked about each of the experiences I have listed on there.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Medpace (Cincinnati, OH) in Apr 2025
Interview
Half hour phone interview with HR rep, then 1.5 hour zoom interview with two separate teams as I was interviewing for two roles at the same time. Interviewers/hiring team didn't seem to have questions planned out to ask and seemed a bit unorganized. The second hiring team asked which role I was more interested in taking and insisted on me giving an explicit answer, which gave me an off-putting vibe as it seemed quite manipulative. At the end of the interview, I was told to decide which role I wanted to proceed with and that I would get an answer back within 1-2 weeks. I was given an offer of $28/hr 2.5 weeks later, Benefits package is mid, at least for entry-level.

Question 1
Greatest strength and greatest weakness - average interview questions. Was asked to talk a lot about internship/previous relevant experience.
