I was contacted to take an assessment. I was allotted 90 min to print all documents, check for findings/issues in ICF, source data and CRF and to write a short essay. I probably failed the assessment, as I was informed the next day that they proceeded with other candidates.

Met with the team, that team’s boss, and that person’s boss in 15-30 minute intervals and ended talking to human resources. overall took about two and a half hours and was pretty straightforward
