I interviewed at MemorialCare (Fountain Valley, Orange, CA)
The interview was fairly quick. It was roughly around 30 mins. The manager was present at the interview. After the interview, I was given a tour around the pharmacy and was introduced to a few of the pharmacist and technicians working.
- They asked mainly situational question (ie, how to deal with a difficult employee or technician).

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at MemorialCare
The interviewer did not have the right resume, didn't know what role I was interviewing for, and went way over time so I didn't even get to ask questions. They seemed all over the place and kept giving a non-chalant "Okayy..." after every response. Felt like my time wasn't being valued and they ended the call quite abruptly even though I tried to get a question in.
- Questions were relevant to the job, but they kept misshaping my responses and even went as far as asking quite personal questions.
