I applied online. I interviewed at MemoryBlue (San Jose, CA) in May 2019
Interview
Applied at MemoryBlue considering they help with the right start. Got connected with HR, basic phone interview followed by a personality assessment. Got a call saying you have cleared the assessment successfully and among top 25 or 35 % of other applicants. It was followed by an interview with the delivery manager. I believe they can come up with new questions. They ask the same questions to everyone looking into the book. Each SDR's story is different and carries a different experience. Before the interview I had a small chat with the SDR who was already hired. He said I do not know what they sell, he had been there for 2months. Got a call from HR after 2 days stating your application not selected even though I had 5 years of Manager experience. They do not give you the exact reason, they just say it was competitive. FYI- All interviews are supposed to be competitive.

Question 1
What were your previous work experiences related to this role?
Very friendly and comfortable interview process, 2 interviews and a mock cold call. Lot's of questions regarding interest in sales and career goals, friendly but professional interview. Process moves very quickly and everyone plus the recruiter is very responsive.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at MemoryBlue (Austin, TX) in Oct 2021
Interview
The interview process with memoryBlue was straightforward, organized, and for a lack of a better word attentive.
The interview process (for me) was 4 interviews:
1. Initial contact with memoryBlue recruiter, (basic questions and feeling out candidate)
2. Interview with memoryBlue staff manager
3. Interview with managing director
4. Interview with managing director (in person) for a sales call and call analysis overview, function & compensation overview.
Overall I felt like the whole process was attentive, I felt valued as a candidate, communicated with regularly. You could even say it was a model-like process of how it should be,
