I applied online. I interviewed at Mennonite Central Committee in Apr 2018
Interview
I enjoyed my interview experience overall. I had one interview with the manager of that department. After we finished with the questioning portion of the interview, I was given 45 minutes to describe in detail how I would plan a particular event that coincided with the job. Overall, I thought the interview process was really fair and straight forward. I heard back the next day with an offer.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Mennonite Central Committee in Mar 2021
Interview
The process took a very long time. From when I submitted my application to even notified about moving to the next steps, it was over three months. References were required upon application and they had reached out to my references before I knew I was even being considered for the position. I was not impressed especially since the references were required to fill out a long, detailed form about me. After waiting three months, how did they know I was still interested in the position. I believe references should have been contacted after the first interview, at least.
