Pros

Though there is some turning toward what is higher under new leadership, there remains much of the blind leading the blind.

Cons

There are many who harden themselves in their ways, and by this the work of MCC is made less effective.

Pros

Great work and (mostly) great people who are super committed.

Cons

Low salaries that never increase, little room for advancement, cliquish approach to hiring. If you're from a Mennonite background you have a huge leg up; if not you'll be on the outside looking in, no matter how nice they are about it and how many baked goods they share.
