Menzies-RAS interview questions

The interview was quite informal actually there was a cargo lead with him was a lady whom represented the HR so the interview started with common gig "Introduce yourself" then it progressed to what is cargo what have you studied related to cargo ops tell me the processes of cargo operation so i gave my answers, one thing that I could not understand was that why were they saying that this position becomes vacant kindly assure that you are serious then they said its a blue collar job but by the end of the day it becomes black collar so i became skeptical and I proceeded with confirming upon confirmation I just said to kindly take me on a visit for the shed area where i will be deployed So when I went there the level and the environement was just so downgrade that I never gave my joining there
