Good Interview Process, which started with shortlisting the candidates by resumes. Selected candidates were interviewed by Domain experts and were followed by HR interviews. In the technical round our technical understanding of the subject was thoroughly checked.

Interview
Interview was very personable. The interviewer was interested in performance potential and focused on applicable experience and education. Overall I felt that the interview was not a 'canned' set of questions, but a very good judgement of potential success in the position.
