I had a phone-conference interview. At the beginning the interviewers presented shortly themselves, and explained me what is the plan for the interview. Afterwards they gave me more details about the job position. The atmosphere was friendly and enjoyable.

What are your expectations for this position?
I had two interviews with the direct manager and another one focused on assessing technical knowledge. The time spent was about 2 hours. Overall, the process was smooth and very straightforward.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Mercedes-Benz Group (Stuttgart) in July 2025

Perché Mercedes? Come hai utilizzato questo software?
Nach Vorstellrunde, direkte Fragen gestellt. Alles sehr fair und auf Augenhöhe. Es handelt sich um Standardfragen, es wurde tiefer nach dem technischen Verständnis gefragt und das hat schon so gepasst. Die Gesprächspartner und innen waren nett und es hat alles gut geklappt
