First introduction through telephonic interview. Then invitation to site for 2 rounds of HR+technical interviews (1 hour each). After that the recruiting executive will have another video call to verify certain details about the candidate's profile and personal details. Then final acceptance/rejection

Q. Why are you choosing an automotive field being a process engineering student? Q. What do you know about the Hydrogen delivery system in Mercedes cars.
I had two interviews with the direct manager and another one focused on assessing technical knowledge. The time spent was about 2 hours. Overall, the process was smooth and very straightforward.

Nach Vorstellrunde, direkte Fragen gestellt. Alles sehr fair und auf Augenhöhe. Es handelt sich um Standardfragen, es wurde tiefer nach dem technischen Verständnis gefragt und das hat schon so gepasst. Die Gesprächspartner und innen waren nett und es hat alles gut geklappt
