Interview
I had an interview by Skype. It was very stressless and nice. Interview panel was kind but challenging. The questions was very different. From specialistic, about knowledge to my plans, future, character. There was few psychologic and sociology questions. It was hard to sense feedback of commission, they had a poker face all the time. I think that the knowledge wasn't so much evaluate like your attitude to work for big company, in team.
I had two interviews with the direct manager and another one focused on assessing technical knowledge. The time spent was about 2 hours. Overall, the process was smooth and very straightforward.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Mercedes-Benz Group (Stuttgart) in July 2025

Nach Vorstellrunde, direkte Fragen gestellt. Alles sehr fair und auf Augenhöhe. Es handelt sich um Standardfragen, es wurde tiefer nach dem technischen Verständnis gefragt und das hat schon so gepasst. Die Gesprächspartner und innen waren nett und es hat alles gut geklappt
