My first two interviews went really well. I really clicked with Talent Acq. and the hiring manager. Where I ran into issues was, when I asked for a reasonable accommodation, to reschedule my third and final interview, due to complications I was experiencing with my disabilities. I disclosed my disability status on the application, so I was very surprised to be met with lack of flexibility and lack of awareness when it came to my asking for an accommodation. I wanted to post this review to warn others about this. The hiring manager said there would not be time to reschedule my interview because they needed someone immediately. The hiring manager also said "I wish you would have said something sooner" implying unreasonable discrimination. I was really let down (but everything happens for a reason) because I've heard great things about this company's professionalism. I'm disappointed, to say the very least.
