Applied through their job portal. After a month got a phone call from HR for screening. Then after 2 weeks an interview with Hiring Manager and an IT Architect. That went well. Then after 1 month technical panel interview with 4 persons. That went well too. Got one update as they are interviewing multiple people and will get back to me. Till now, no update from anyone .. Its been 1 month now. Great job Merck. I heard before they ghost people now I practically ghosted. They will just kill your time. So stay away from a company who are no professional. Advice to Merck is: If you are not going to select someone, then they should send email and close, unless ghost people. Even , if the interview process is in progress then atleast send email to give timely updates. What your talent team is doing ?????
