Merck Digital & Content Marketing Manager interview questions

Applied online and received a call responding positively to my application and scheduling a phone interview. For the phone interview, the interviewer was late. At the end of the call, I was told I would hear back from them in 1months. I have never received an email nor a call from them and since there was no email communication I could not follow up except for the calling the headquarter twice asking for an update. Three months later, I still have not received any update. Very unprofessional for an HR department from a large pharmaceutical firm!
