Interview
The initial interview is a phone call. The owner calls you directly and conducts a short interview asking two primary questions 1. Past work experience 2. Your ultimate goal in life (this is focused on a career long-term). I found Ken to be polite, however, he is vague in his questions and leaves the interview open-ended, offering a "we will get back to you if we are interested" attitude. He never asked any questions about your concerns or offers room for you to ask questions. He keeps it short, leaving you little room to elaborate. I think that this is concerning regarding the communication between employer and applicant. They are definitely missing out on good employees through this interview process.

Interview
Talked over me the whole time, barely let me talk to explain my answers, was rude and stuck up. Asked me what I ultimately wanted to do in life and my goal and I said I’ve always wanted to be in finance of some sort and as I was speaking to explain more he cut me off and said it’s not for me and said good luck and hung up. Super rude in my opinion.
