The interview was with a panel and very straightforward. A lot of the questions were situations that you may experience as a case manager. The staff was very friendly and open to answering any questions.

They asked me typical questions like strengths and weaknesses, a time i had a problem with another colleague and what I did about it, how I practice self care, and a time when I struggled and overcame
Easy, pretty basic and personable but off a list. Panel interview. They asked about what your goals with the company were and goals in general. How you manage self care and things like that.
2 separate interviews, they were all nice. Asked about self-care which is important for the role. Typical questions for an interview such as strengths, weaknesses, if you work well with a team.
