      Technical Business Analyst Interview

      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Mercy

      Interview

Application was extensive and had a 100 question personality assessment as well as countless essay-like questions. No phone screening, instead they send you a list of 25 questions a hiring manager would normally ask and you have to answer those and send them back within 12 hours. Got a virtual interview after that where I barely got to talk and listened to a manager waffle about how a team is built. Every time I thought it was my turn to speak they just kept on going. I had the privilege of asking a single question after listening to an hour of nonsense. Got a canned rejection email an hour after my interview. A joke of a company.
