I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Mercy (Saint Louis, MO) in June 2015
Interview
Very long, several-part questions. Gave details of job description . Hours and days expected to work. How transfer from department works. If travel required and how to get reimbursed. Also went through benefits offered. Allowed time for questions and didn't make me feel rushed. Offered phone number to call if any additional questions.

Question 1
Would i be wiiling to respect the prayer offering at start of meetings.
Pretty easy! I like that you had to take a talent assessment at the end of the application. Sometimes I didn’t feel like the recruiter knew about the local area and position.

Interview
Conduct a placement test to "match" with culture. It is a "knock out" process. You pass or your out. Good tool if it was used as adjacent to hiring not a pass or fail process.
1. 30 min phone interview
2. Q &A personality test ( phone call)
3. Face to face interview
Never heard back, I had to reach back out for a conclusion. My conclusion is that age discrimination is alive and well within this organization.
