It was job fair style and it was a very similar experience to what everyone else has said. Applied on a Friday and was called back that following Monday. I had a phone screen, was given the personality test and then got a call to schedule an interview. Arrived and waited while three sets of people interviewed everyone. When it was done they said it would take 2-3 weeks to hear back.
