The hiring managers were all very responsive and kept in contact regularly. They were also promptly responsive to questions. The whole process took about a month. Questions were largely behavioral with some details about related experience. It seems like they’re looking mostly for appropriate skills and tendencies for the role. Overall, the whole experience was really positive.
Easy going, not too stressful. Overall, as long as you go over the basic behavior questions, you are good to go for the first round. The second, third is harder because it has a take home presentation to do.

The first-round interview was a phone call with the recruiter going over basic culture fit questions. The next interview was a two-hour interview with four Merkle SEO employees, including specialists, senior specialists, managers, and directors.
