Friendly, fun and challenging. They are very strict and certain about the type of team member they want. They are willing to delay their recruitment until a near perfect match is found.

I had several rounds of interviews including a work project. I was rejected with zero feedback given after over 8 hours of interviews and project work. With that much time and work put in, at a director level, they should’ve provided feedback at a minimum.
