I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Mesa Air in Mar 2016
Interview
There is no interview. They view your entire training time as the interview. When you're at the company paid hotel, you are still on the interview. Just be an adult and you'll be fine.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Mesa Air (Phoenix, AZ) in Jan 2018
Interview
The company I worked for prior to Mesa had flow through so no interview was necessary. Just showed up to Mesa and signed a contract for employment. The flow through process is nice since I did not have to interview, but since it was just a contract I did not get to learn anything about the company or even tour the facilities like other applicants.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Mesa Air in May 2008
Interview
Straight foward... not much to it. Go through introductions, take a simulated ATP test, go through one on one interview, and thats it. They're currently not hiring. You don't want to work here anyway.
