I applied through other source. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at MetLife Investment Management (Hong Kong)

Interview

Interviewed with a hiring manager (Line manager) in person for the first round and proceeded to the next round with an HR manager via video interview. In the first round, the questions mainly focused on work experience, while the second round seemed to assess problem-solving skills and personality.

Interview

Two rounds of interviews. One with an associate and another with a managing director. The interviews were both very conversational and the interviewers answered questions candidly. The questions are mostly behavioral with many directed at your interest and experience in real estate.

The interview process was a hirevue, then round 1 with analyst and then a superday which was a series of 3 30 minute interviews. these mostly focused on behaviorals with 1-2 questions about the market. Make sure to do your research on the firm.
