Application followed by contact and multiple interviews and then an offer contingent on graduation from nursing school and passing NCLEX and licensing and pack ground plus pre employment screening along with agreeing to residency planning and requirements

Was fast response and average behavioral questions. Also had multiple people at interview from different departments. Also asked about background and how to handle situations. Interviewers were nice and were eager to hear answers.
