Methodist Welfare Services interview questions

Interview process was professional, pleasant and well-organized. I had a positive experience and felt that my time was valued. It gave me a good impression of the company. Overall it was good.

Straightforward with standard questions. Head of allied health will sit in with operations manager. No physical tests but will ask scenario based questions. Looks at previous experience as benchmark. Expects staff to be able to multitasks between administrative and clinical role.
