The first interview is just a casual chat, then the second interview I had to present on a project that has been worked on that I was most proud of.

Two Stage Interview. 1. First interview with one of the founders, relatively casual format. Questions about past experience and reason for choosing Metis. 2. Second interview which involves presenting on a given topic for 10 minutes, followed by some questions.
