Very canned questions. Felt as though it was a chore and showed no passion for his role or the company. Absolutely no interest in my responses. Phone interview was under 6 minutes. I couldn't focus on answering my questions thoroughly with all the aloofness oozing through the phone, and lack of interest. The company should invest in a PASSIONATE HR person to help conduct interviews the correct way. Very unfriendly, cold or maybe just distracted.
