Interview
I initially interviewed with HR who passed me on to the sales management. I went through several sets of interviews over several weeks and then was never notified I was not selected. Fast forward to a year later and they reached out to me for a different position. I interviewed with two people and one of them was a digital manager who didn't seem to know anything about digital.
I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Michigan.com (Detroit, MI) in June 2012
Interview
Great. Hired at Job Fair. Was hired in 7 minutes and then spent rest of time talking to boss. The company was looking for many new employees to fill positions that were left by striking workers. It was easy to interact with the interviewer since it was my boss. We hit it off and finished in 7 minutes, then spent the last 53 minutes to talk about many things. We also talked about how many people who came to interview. Did not understand that you dress for the interview and have to wear pants
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Michigan.com (Detroit, MI) in Feb 2016
Interview
Talked on the phone to several people, then brought in to interview with 3 groups of people (2-3) in each group....most of the people were nice, 2 of the people were outright rude and hostile...they took 2 weeks to get back to me (I found another position by then), which was way too long!
