Decent employer but continues to cut staff and demand more of employees

Pros

Pays ok, commission structure is good, good middle management, excellent tools and products, though competitive. PTO is decent but health insurance is expensive.

Cons

The newspaper industry is shrinking, so the company cuts staff, or doesn’t backfill, and continues to demand more from their existing employees. They are very busy (which is a good thing-they keep exceeding goals).
