Microtechs Customer Service interview questions

Interview lasting less than 10 minutes, don't waste your time, informal, rude, The company contacted me by email, they asked very urgently for an interview. I spent all my day because I live far away, only two persons and one dog, yes, the company dog I presume.They explain 8 min about the job and 2 min for myself.I did not get a chance to explain, they decided in two minutes that I am not the right person for this role. I have several years of customer service, degree in Marketing, etc...so I am very disappointed
