They interview you to make sure you've had some experience moving however they go watch you on your first move to make sure you are a good fit. They also wanted to make sure I was a good personality fit and could be respectful to the customers and their belongings. They seem to be more interested in personality fit which I didn't have a problem with. These guys are serious about befriending their workers.
