Migrant Help interview questions

Straightforward interview. I was interviewed by 2 assistant managers who alternated asking me questions. They asked me to provide examples of working with vulnerable people and what I would do in certain situations involving various risks. They asked me about times when I helped solve a problem.

Asked maybe 6-8 questions, very informal. Questions included, 'What would you do if you thought the interpreter wasn't interpreting what you are saying?' And 'why do you want to work for Migrant Help?'
