Miles Smith Insurance Group interview questions

The main thing I really liked about the interview was that it was only the 1 interview and was face to face with the managers, not an online video link like so many other companies. Much more authenticity doing it this way. In terms of questions , was more about my experience and why I wanted to work this role. Picked a few things from the CV and asked more details and examples from previous roles. In the end, I got on very well with the managers and got the job.
