Very honest about what the job requirements. Didn’t ask to many questions. Vague but informative. Reassured that I was comfortable with the job requirements. Asked all questions I had to a T. Friendly

Interview
The interview was brief and she did not even discuss whether there were benefits, she did not mention how many days off or vacation time. She was not very professional as she mentioned a lot of her personal life. She didn't ask about my experience and I knew something was up when I received a phone call for the job a few hours later.

Question 1
She did not ask any questions because she wasn't interested on whether i had experience or not but more that she needed me because she was desperate for more TA's. When I received my interview request I called the school to confirm with the director, however management is so unorganized that she did not even know about the interview because it was her daughter who sent the request.
