Casual interview with Manage and OT - there was a stack of questions, but the whole process felt quite informal. I felt that they are mainly interested in knowing you and your personality, and seems quite supportive in helping and guiding you through the questions.

Interview
Horrible recruitment process. No commitment with the candidates whatsoever. Process took over 3 months and the position kept being reposted. Sounded like a very disorganised company, that don’t embrace diversity and is indeed in need of a communication specialist to work on their work culture.
