Pros:
Opportunity to meet the CTO and several team members in person.
The culture deck looked well-prepared on paper.
Cons / Feedback on the interview process:
Poor communication: Feedback was promised multiple times but never delivered, leading to delays of over two weeks.
Technical interview felt outdated: 90-minute in-office session included questions about my first job from 11 years ago, rather than assessing current skills.
Cultural fit interview lacked depth: 90-minute session with three different people rotated in, focusing on functional questions rather than genuine discussion about team dynamics or values.
Process inefficiencies: Multiple long interviews with senior management, but no timely follow-up.
Comment:
The interview process required significant preparation and time investment, including a 12+ hour take-home task, yet the follow-up communication was poor and delayed. The process did not align with the professionalism suggested by their culture materials.

- Give an example of meeting the right deadlines and what you did to achieve it.
