Miral (United Arab Emirates) interview questions

Was prescreened by HR and interviewed after a week via teams. The hiring process took 3 months as they required documents. Response time is weak as I had did not get a response till after a week after I sent my questions. Pay is not enough in this economy.

Miral’s recruitment process was extremely disappointing, taking more than two months with repeated delays and contradictions - after two rounds of interviews the recruitment agency confirmed positive feedback and discussed the offer. I waited over a month for the official offer, only to be scheduled for another interview that made little sense; again I received positive feedback, discussed start date and other details, but was then told to wait until the manager returned from holiday, and in the end the process collapsed with excuses ranging from needing UAE experience to sudden budgeting problems, leaving the impression of an unprofessional, unclear, and disrespectful approach to candidates’ time.
