Mirema School interview questions

After resume screening,next step is phone call interviews,i got a phone call as early as 8:00 am , you're asked to talk about your work experience and how it aligns with the position you're applying for,then I was asked my age , religion,residence and desired salary.The HR then told me ,she is being honest with me,went ahead and said I am not qualified for the position based on the phone calls interviews that she has done.,but she still went on and invited me for the physical interviews through a text message later in the day,I had no hopes but i still turned up for the interviews which were scheduled for 8:00. This is how the physical interviews went,I was kept waiting for the interviews till 11:02 where I interviewed with the panel of 4 .The panel could even laugh at interview answers.They question more on my answers and not given time express my self .Then after the interviews I was asked whether I have ,when i asked a question they told me its on the job description and told me there are KPI don't I know about them . That was my experience ,but I was prepared for anything,they interviewers were made me uncomfortable, that's what describes them best Later in the day I got a regret message but I wasn't surprised about this .
