I applied online. I interviewed at Mission Lane in June 2022
Interview
Spoke with the recruiter for a total of 7 minutes. She acted like I was bothering her with my questions about the position. I don’t even know why she set up the call if she wasn’t going to explain the job more in-depth than the job posting? And now a week later I get an email saying my resume wasn’t passed on to the hiring manager.
Complete waste of time, don’t even bother with the company especially if they claim “competitive wages” with no range posted.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Mission Lane in Aug 2024
Interview
First, a phone call with an initial recruiter, I think we discussed my work history. Then two or three (I don't remember) video interviews with managers (one of whom ended up being my manager when I worked there - I don't anymore). All virtual. All the interviewers were friendly, I wasn't nervous to talk to them. Heard back very quickly throughout the process.

Interview
Sent application in, a few weeks later I received an email inviting me to speak with the recruiter via Google meet phone call. That went very well and he was extremely down to earth. I was so nervous before the call, but his demeanor really helped ease my nerves. Aced that interview and received email a few days later that I was scheduled for back to back interviews the following week with two dept heads. Each interview was 30min. Both guys were phenomenal and again, so down to earth. I ended up acting both interviews and the recruiter called me two days later offering me the job with the dept that I would best fit in. So happy to be here and everything has been amazing so far. This is definitely going to be my forever job if they don’t get tired of me lol. The work culture is amazing, management and leadership are super down to earth and so willing to help you wherever you need it. It’s a team effort and nobody gets left behind. Great benefits, great work culture, and amazing team! I was scared too because I remember reading a review on here where someone said the interviewer they got was a female who seemed like they were burdening her. I have yet to see anyone with a personality like that here. Maybe she’s gone who knows. I’m so happy to be here! Apply y’all!
